As an accredited Career Development Practitioner with the South African Career Development Association (SACDA) and a postgraduate degree in Industrial and Organizational psychology (Cum Laude). My vision is to re-humanize the world of work with a focus on career development and wellbeing in the workplace. My mission is to empower individuals and organizations to make informed decisions that drive their success, enhance their skills and navigate the interconnected world of work/life to live and work well.
Throughout my career I have had the privilege of working in diverse settings, Including startups, SMMEs and NGOs, with the purpose of assisting individuals to make educational, occupational and developmental choices to manage their career and lives.
During this time I observed that some of the most detrimental influences on an individual’s well being were often the result of uninformed decision making, inadequate access to resources, support, and life skills to navigate the integrated nature of work/life while still being expected to perform to the best of their abilities,
